CSO
CSO Sirius Diagnostic & Scanning System
Model: Sirius+
Ophthalmic diagnostic system that assesses corneal shape, thickness and curvature by pairing corneal topography with Scheimpflug tomography.
By combining Placido ring topography with Scheimpflug camera tomography, the CSO Sirius gives a detailed analysis of the cornea. Clinicians can assess corneal topography, thickness and curvature along with the elevation of the anterior and posterior corneal surfaces, which supports diagnostic examinations and the evaluation of corneal conditions. In ophthalmology the system is used for corneal assessment and keratoconus screening. Depending on the available examinations and software modules, its measurements can also support preoperative evaluation for refractive surgery.
