Dentsply Sirona CEREC Primemill

Dentsply Sirona's CEREC Primemill is a digital milling and grinding unit for producing dental restorations in the practice as part of the CEREC digital workflow. It runs on four-motor, 4-axis technology and handles wet or dry processing depending on the material and what the job requires. Using compatible, validated materials such as zirconia, glass ceramics, hybrid ceramics, composites and feldspar, it produces crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and implant restorations. Super Fast Milling is available for zirconia crowns, while Extra Fine Milling and Extra Fine Grinding handle detailed work on selected materials. The unit also has a 7-inch touchscreen, a block scanner that identifies the material, an RFID reader that tracks milling tool status, and an LED light strip showing machine and job status.
