Built for dental laboratories and specialized milling centers, the Redon GTR is a CAD/CAM dental milling machine with 5-axis simultaneous operation. It machines wet or dry and works with a wide range of dental materials, including zirconia, titanium, cobalt-chromium, glass ceramics, PMMA, wax and composites. The spindle runs at up to 60,000 rpm with 3.7 kW of power, and an automatic tool changer holds 12 tools. Wide A- and B-axis movement ranges allow complex machining geometries. The open-system architecture also keeps it compatible with supported CAM software such as MillBox, hyperDENT and WorkNC.
